退貨及退款政策

如您對商品有任何問題，我們樂意為您安排退貨服務。請於收到貨品7天內立即聯絡我們及提供收據或訂單編號證明，所有已開啟使用或已遭損毀之貨品，恕不接受任何退貨，春. 文房保留鑑定貨品狀況之權利。 經本店確認後，我們會妥善的為您處理及安排退貨。退款會根據訂購時的付款方式處理，請聯繫您的銀行查詢退款何時會存入你的戶口中。本店只接受退貨及退款，恕不接受任何貨品更換事宜。
退貨商品需符合以下狀況：
* 商品必須為全新未使用
* 吊牌及包裝完好無缺未開
* 所有產品包裝及標籤、及相關配件需一併退回
客戶可選擇經順豐快遞或其他快遞公司退回，買家需自行負擔運費及風險。
本公司恕不接受任何非質量問題或人為損毀的退換貨，如有任何爭議，春. 文房將擁有最終的決定權。

Returns & Refunds
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have the receipt or order number as proof of purchase. Package and all parts must be sent back to us via SF-EXPRESS or other courier companies at buyer’s expense and risk.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We can only provide returns & refunds service only. Unfortunately we can’t provide any exchange service.
Little Spring reserves the rights for final decision.
